As your City Commissioner, I have always fought for tenants rights and I ensured that tenants at 1250 West Avenue are not left behind during the condo buyout transition. I’m proud to share details on the Rental Relocation Assistance Program to help eligible tenants offset moving expenses when leases are not renewed.
Under this program, Bona Fide Lessees may receive the following financial assistance from the developer:
Base Relocation Support:

• $5,500 for studio apartments

• $7,500 for one-bedroom units

• $10,000 for two-bedroom units

Enhanced Relocation Support (for those relocating within the City of Miami Beach):

• $12,500 for studio apartments

• $17,500 for one-bedroom units

• $21,000 for two-bedroom units
