Lincoln Road Residential Use Incentives

The City of Miami Beach is hosting two virtual community meetings to discuss the proposed Non-Transient Residential Use Incentives for Lincoln Road. Each meeting will focus on a different section of the corridor and explore potential incentives to support and encourage residential use in the area.
