West Avenue Phase II Project Update 5/29/26

Dear Residents,

We hope this message finds you well. We’d like to share a few important upcoming operations that residents should be aware of over the next few weeks:

  • Sanitary sewer installation on 16 Street will continue over the next couple of weeks. The sewer pipe installation is proceeding in phases, and each phase includes multiple private property connections. The project team will notify affected properties as schedules and impacts are confirmed.
